As a consumer you can use this function to withdraw — online — a contract you concluded online on this website (§ 356a German Civil Code). After submitting you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

You may also withdraw informally by email, letter or using the model withdrawal form — see terms § 10 (withdrawal policy). For digital products already fully provided with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may already have expired (§ 356 (4)/(5) Civil Code).
So we can clearly identify your contract (e.g. from your order confirmation/invoice).
