Report illegal content

Notice and action mechanism under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA)

Use this form to report content you consider illegal — for example a copyright or trademark infringement, a false statement of fact, or a directory entry concerning your data. Every notice receives a reply.

Do you own the domain concerned?
To simply remove a directory entry you do not need this procedure: use the report button on the listing page. A confirmation from an email address on your domain is enough there — that is faster.
Art. 16(2)(b) DSA requires the exact location — please copy the address from your address bar.
At least 30 characters. The more specific, the faster we can decide.
The acknowledgement of receipt and the reasoned decision go to this address.

What happens with your notice

  1. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt with a case number without undue delay (Art. 16(4) DSA).
  2. We examine the content in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner — by a person, not automatically.
  3. You receive the decision with reasons and information about your redress options (Art. 16(5) DSA).
  4. If content is removed, we also state the reasons to the affected person where we have contact details (Art. 17 DSA).
Our point of contact under Art. 11 and 12 DSA and the provider details are in the imprint. We may reject abusive or manifestly unfounded notices after a prior warning (Art. 23 DSA).
