Notice and action mechanism under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA)

Use this form to report content you consider illegal — for example a copyright or trademark infringement, a false statement of fact, or a directory entry concerning your data. Every notice receives a reply.

What happens with your notice

You receive an acknowledgement of receipt with a case number without undue delay (Art. 16(4) DSA).
We examine the content in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner — by a person, not automatically.
You receive the decision with reasons and information about your redress options (Art. 16(5) DSA).
If content is removed, we also state the reasons to the affected person where we have contact details (Art. 17 DSA).
