llmstxt.info is an intermediary service within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA). The single point of contact for authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 DSA) as well as for recipients of the service (Art. 12 DSA) is:

Languages of communication: German and English. Enquiries are handled personally and are not answered solely by means of automated tools (Art. 12 (2) DSA).

For notices concerning allegedly illegal content (Art. 16 DSA) we provide a notice and action mechanism — it guides you through the required details and issues a case number. Alternatively an informal email to the address above is sufficient.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. As a service provider, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
