How do the plans differ?
Free monitors 1 domain and shows the score. Pro adds weekly monitoring, change alerts and the AI citation comparison. Premium raises it to 15 domains, history/export and 5,000 API calls/month. API is for programmatic access with 50,000 calls/month.
How is AI visibility checked, and how reliable is it?
We send the AI providers currently enabled selected questions about your topic and record whether your domain is cited, mentioned or absent; we also monitor your llms.txt for changes. AI answers are non-deterministic and vary by wording and time, so we report a status trend, not a guarantee. A specific visibility cannot be promised.
Does an llms.txt guarantee more AI citations?
No. llms.txt is a young standard used by many tech companies (incl. Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel) for machine-readable content; whether individual AI systems evaluate it is not officially confirmed. We help you create, validate and monitor it and measure separately whether AI names you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel for free anytime during the trial.
Is VAT charged?
No. As a small business under German § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT. The price shown is the final price.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are available online at any time. During the trial the subscription ends immediately and free of charge; afterwards one month's notice applies (terms § 6a).
