# Birdie
> Birdie is a screen recording tool for B2B SaaS customer support teams. Support agents send the customer a secure link; the customer records their screen in one click — no download, no installation, no account — and the recording comes back inside the helpdesk with repro steps, transcript, console logs, network requests and environment metadata. - Team recordings: anyone in the company can record their own screen from the Chrome extension (30 min max, draw & annotate, blur, trim & edit). Free on every plan, for the whole company.
- Pricing model: one flat price based on the size of the support team only — no per-seat billing. Free plan is 0€ forever (10 customer recordings/month, all
