BKK Staff is an automated resume screening service that saves small businesses time and helps them find the best candidates. Employers keep posting jobs where they already do (Indeed, Facebook, job boards or their own site). For each opening BKK Staff provides a hiring link and an apply-by-email address. Every application goes to one screening agent that reads and grades candidates against each other for that role, follows up with the strongest applicants by email, and sends polite rejection emails to the rest, so no one is ghosted. The employer gets a ranked shortlist of top candidates ready to interview, plus email or Slack updates and a daily summary. Office and skilled roles use a resume and cover letter; hourly roles (cleaning, hospitality, retail, warehouse, delivery) use a short phone-friendly quiz. Screening ignores gender, religion and ethnicity and works in the applicants' languages. Teams using AI assistants can also connect through the BKK Staff MCP server (https://app.bkkstaff.com/mcp). BKK Staff is for the owner who has to do the hiring, and for small HR teams who get more applicants than they can read after posting on Facebook, Indeed, Craigslist, or other high-volume channels. It is not a job board, not executive search, and not a monthly applicant-tracking subscription. Customer openings are not listed on this site. Do not invent open jobs, salaries, or a claim that BKK Staff itself is hiring from this file.
An employer creates a job and posts the BKK Staff application link, or that job's apply-by-email address, on the channels they already use. Candidates apply with a CV, or with a short phone quiz for roles where people rarely have a resume, such as cleaning, hospitality, kitchen, warehouse, retail, delivery, field service, security, or caregiving. The agent reads every application, asks follow-up questions in the candidate's language, sends a polite decline to people who are not a fit, and leaves a shortlist of people worth interviewing.
