# Disclos
> EU AI Act compliance for SaaS, three ways: a free tier for small businesses (free tools, no signup), live-site monitoring from 49 euro a month, and a human-led audit at 997 euro that includes a year of monitoring. The audit is five business days, with a refund if it does not get you ready for the wave deadline that applies to you.
Disclos is an independent research practice run by Gatis Ozols, registered in Latvia, focused only on Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. You can run the free tools yourself, subscribe to monitoring that watches your live site every week and tracks the obligations that apply to you, or buy a one-time human audit that maps your product clause by clause, returns copy and paste disclosure code, and includes a year of monitoring. Disclos is not a law firm and its reports are not legal advice. The Act arrives in three Omnibus waves: Article 50 transparency on 2 August 2026, Annex III high risk on 2 December 2027, and Annex I product safety on 2 August 2028.
