How do I reach support?
The fastest way is email to our support inbox (address in the “Direct contact” section). We usually reply within 24 hours on business days. Please include your domain and your order or invoice number if you have one.
Do you offer phone or live-chat support?
We deliberately focus on email support. That way every request is documented in writing, traceable and handled by a real person — no hold music. In practice this usually means faster, more precise answers than over the phone.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Paid plans are processed by the payment provider Stripe. You enter your card details only on Stripe’s secure checkout page — we never receive them. Your entry is activated after successful payment.
When do I get my invoice?
The invoice is created automatically right after payment and sent to the email address you provided. You can also find it anytime in your customer portal. If anything is missing, just send us a quick email.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because this is a digital service performed immediately after your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance. The full policy is in our Terms § 10.
How do I edit or delete my entry?
Sign in to the customer portal to manage your entry yourself. For changes or deletion a short email with your domain is enough — we take care of it promptly.
My entry doesn’t show up or has errors — what now?
New entries are reviewed before going live (usually within 48 hours). If your entry is still not visible afterwards or contains errors, email us with your domain — we’ll check it quickly.
How do I access the customer portal?
You reach the customer portal with the credentials from your confirmation email. If login doesn’t work, drop us a line — we’ll help you get in.
